Ted directs the 大学’s program of grants and sponsored research and manages the 赞助项目办公室 (OSP). He develops policies and procedures to ensure the 大学 is in compliance with federal and 状态 regulations. She serves as the liaison to funding agencies on issues such as no-cost extensions and issues that require prior approval.
